FAQs
Your questions answered
How do I get a quote?
Get in touch and we'll arrange for an estimator to visit at a time that suits you. You'll then receive a full, itemised quote with a cost breakdown, a timing schedule and any recommendations. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
Are there any hidden or extra costs?
No. Our quotes include everything needed for the work described. If you'd like anything extra that wasn't in the original scope, we'll quote for it separately before we go ahead.
Do your quotes include materials?
Usually, yes. We source materials from suppliers we know and trust, including Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Sanderson and Paint & Paper Library. You're welcome to supply your own if you prefer.
How soon can you start?
We're typically booked three to six months ahead, though this varies through the year. Ask us and we'll give you an honest date.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the size of the job. Your quote includes a timing schedule, so you'll know how long we'll be with you before we start.
How will you keep my home clean and tidy?
We protect carpets and floors with self-adhesive film and dust sheets, tidy up at the end of every day and give everything a final clean when we finish.
Is there anything I need to do before you start?
We'll talk you through it at the quote visit. Clearing ornaments and small items from the rooms we're working in helps us get started straight away.
What areas do you cover?
Bath and the surrounding area, including Bath city centre, Oldfield Park, Bear Flat, Walcot, Widcombe, Batheaston, Bathampton, Claverton, Claverton Down, Combe Down, Odd Down, Lansdown, Larkhall, Camden, Fairfield, Weston, Newbridge, Newton St Loe, Corston, Saltford, Keynsham, plus Corsham, Bristol, the Cotswolds and the wider South West.
